We had a very bad experience we decided to stay an extra night so we reserved and it comes down to my credit card beeen charged twice and they locked us out of the room stating we had not paid, when clearly the money was taken from my credit card we also asked to get our room cleaned and they nacer came to clean or change bedding horrible service
