I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the staff was courteous and the location convenient, the overall environment felt poorly thought out. The bathrooms were extremely dark, making it difficult to get ready comfortably, and the hallways were dimly lit, which created an unwelcoming and somewhat unsafe atmosphere. More importantly, the level of cleanliness and sanitization was disappointing. I found used eyelashes on the bathroom vanity and a very dirty bathtub. In today’s world, proper hygiene standards are essential for guest safety and peace of mind, but this property fell short. Common areas (stained chair) and bathroom did not appear thoroughly cleaned, which raised concerns about overall maintenance. If you value bright, clean, and well-maintained spaces, this may not be the best choice. However, if mood lighting and aesthetics matter more to you than hygiene and practicality, you might find it acceptable.

Check in with Maria was great! She found out my husband is a vet and hooked us up with all the info. Gave us waters and off we went to our beautiful room. Then, there were hairballs left in every corner of the restroom. Pretty gross, with bottle cleaner of chemicals left behind. Housekeeping came back and got the bottle and disinfected for us. I didn’t notice the second mound of hair to tell them about it. Oh well. People are nice. The lounge we got access to was cool, snacks and drinks to our hearts desire. Would stay again.
