I enjoyed the spacious room and mini kitchenette. The room is dated and living area needs a deep cleaning... sofa and carpet. My overall stay was enjoyable.

The property is located right on the strip which is very convenient. Parking is a nightmare even for visitors who are visiting you. We did not know that the units were owned by individuals, the lady who checked us in at the front desk was not friendly at all. It seems like she wanted to get rid of us so fast. Gave us a hard time with our luggage. I had a toddler who was sick and tired but no empathy at all. Our flight landed at night, so we checked in later at night. She was irritated when we asked her any questions. The gentleman who helped us when we checked out was very nice. The unit was spacious and clean. But they charge you for everything, if you need extra towels they charge. Overall, our stay was decent.

This was our second time staying at the Signature Condo hotel and we absolutely loved it. The suites are exactly what we need with a kitchenette and a jetted tub in the room. It is connected to the MGM grand via an underground tunnel making it easy to move around without needing to go outside in the heat. Lots of food and entertainment options at the MGM grand. We ate at the Netflix bites pop up restaurant and it was delicious - had options for adults and kids. We also enjoyed our time at the hotel pool and the hot tub this time around.

Hotel communication is poor , no clean sheets or towels til my last day of vaca at night , was charged for pool drinks and food which was fraud because i didnt even go to the pool that day had a huge back an forth with several associated who wasnt very helpful

Good stay but some things need fixing (AC, Iron)

Overall i like staying at this place. But a few issues. Tha air conditioner in the master did not work well at all. The community room one was fine. With this room being on the corner of the buildings it needs air working in the master. Please fix it jet luxury team. Also the iron is crazy bad works intermittently please replace. The only issues with cleanliness was the carpet it had a number of stains. Everything else was good to go.
