The rooms are great always clean. The lack of drinking glasses in the room is strange and there was only a beverage cooler that doesn't get very cold for food storage. Overall, one of our favorite hotels.

The hot tub and pool hours were not conducive to people who want to go out and do things because they close at 6 PM. The queen size pullout couch was very uncomfortable, and a mattress was made of springs. The sheets and comforter had stains on them on the king bed.

The room and staff were great. The music from the pool was HIDEOUS! It was very hard to relax with all the stupid thumping, at 18 stories up, you would think they could turn it down. Won’t stay again.
