Hot water was not hot for a shower at 6:30 am, only warm. Poor water flow. Shower grout needed bleaching. Not moldy, but darkening & on it's way to being moldy. Unacceptable. Everything else in the suite was adequate. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Decor outdated but was not a primary consideration to chose this lodging.

We were given a handicap room with a broken shower head. When we asked if we could move rooms the manager said yes but we’d have to pay more money. The manager was very rude. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was absolutely terrible. Be careful what kind of room you pick on Expedia.

Did not have dvd player per brochure, did not bring as was told when called. Bedroom lamps did not work. Hard to get luggage cart. Not worth money.
