The place is so packed that parking is an issue near your building. Some of the vending machines were out or only took Cc. Other than that it was great, the rooms were very nice!

Great hotel condo, large spacious rooms, good condition next to everything away from the strip and congestions. Southpoint casino resort anchors the hotel so very convenient. Always a good choice .

Heater broke in the same room twice and the other room worked badly. They came to fix them drained bluish fluid out of the heater about a gallon or more. The repair guy drained it into a garbage can which dripped all the way from the heater to the toilet and recklessly dumped it into the toilet slashing it everywhere. He said housekeeping would come clean it up and we called several times to get house cleaning to come up and they never came up. We even had Hotels.com contact them and they said a ticket was in. They never came up so we couldn’t even use the bathroom because there was an unknown chemical, probably antifreeze on it. Eventually I purchased wipes and cleaned the outside of the toilet myself so we could at least use it because the hotel would not answer phone calls texts or call us back even though they said they were going to and Hotels.com did not help with this either if I asked if they would call and they just kept telling me that the hotel was going to call me or someone was being sent which never happened. Also, we had a maintenance worker burst into our room without even knocking at almost midnight asking about the heater that had been repaired. Less than a half hour later, the heater broke again. The people at the front desk are rude and if you don’t go to their meeting, they’re even more rude. Hotels.com just told me there was nothing they could do and didn’t help with the situation either because I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk.
