Staff and property were amazing! We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfection! Clean, plenty of room, air conditioner worked too well!!! Food options and a casino in walking distance! Our visit was beyond our expectations! Our only complaint….how long the elevators took to get in and out of the hotel!!! Will stay here again!

The way the 2 bedroom suite was split. So there was some personal space was great. Parking was horrible. Even garage was full. Walls are very thin...so keep in mind when using the soaker tub....the running water is very loud.

This place would have been great if it wouldn’t have been for the very aggressive time share salespeople . They not only cold called me soliciting I go to a 90 minute “presentation” they also scolded me multiple times wanting me to agree to buying into their timeshare when I knew it wasn’t right for me financially. I was not there 90 minutes , I was there over 3 hours . This has affected my future plans to stay there . Please do not let their sales people lure your into any presentation. I considered if abuse by how aggressive they were

I really liked the hotel room. It was like an apartment with all its amenities. You don't have to drive far to find a place to eat either. The rooms were quiet but the elevators got quite busy during check out time. Also parking was hard to find Fri. night because Beyonce was in town.

I have been staying at this location for over 15 years now and renovations/updates to the facility do not look like they have occurred over the years. Things look dated, doors were coming off, resources supplied for the kitchen have not been replaced and were missing (Dishes, pans, and eating utensils). It took three attempts to finally get settled in my rooms as the first rooms assigned were dirty and had not been cleaned, the second rooms smell strongly of backed up sewer, and finally the third rooms were okay, but still were missing items needd for my stay.

I will start with the rooms are very spacious and clean. However, the common areas are an absolute mess. The hotel advertises 5 pools but it is no where near being enough for the size of the hotel and the number of people roaming around. The hotel was affordable but wish I would have paid more for something nicer.

My husband and I stayed at The Grandview June 20–23, and it was awful. We booked for the pools and in-room jet tub — both were a huge disappointment. The pools and hot tubs were full of unsupervised kids turning the jets on and off, while parents blasted music from speakers. Our room wasn’t clean — crumbs on the carpet, fingerprints all over the TV, a mystery liquid on the curtains, and when I turned on the jet tub, black mold spewed from the jets. Later that night, I found bugs in the bed — not sure if they were bed bugs or something else, but either way, disgusting. We called the front desk, waited on hold forever, then had to move rooms at 1am. The new room also had visible mold in the tub, hair in the shower, stains, and grime everywhere. Couldn’t even walk barefoot. Management promised compensation and said they’d follow up. Days later, after repeatedly calling, they claimed the bugs “weren’t bed bugs” but never explained what they were. Still no resolution, no accountability. Save your money. Stay somewhere else. We’ll never be back.
