The room was in good condition, but no microwave in the whole hotel was pretty bad in my opinion. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just not having a microwave to heat food was a problem. If I had a baby how can I heat my baby milk?

We stayed at the Marra King room. The room was renovated and was clean. The decor was perfect for the room and loved the full size mirror in the room. The bathroom had a nice shower and sink area. For breakfast was tasty.

I made reservation for the Alexandria tower but upon check-in I got upgraded to the main tower. Once I saw the room, it was very basic so I asked to get my original room back. They apologized and said it was an available but they would make the switch the next day which they did. The main tower does have newer rooms but the Alexandria had more vibe and super cool decor. They did give us a room with a view so that was a plus. There are only 4 restaurants at the hotel and we ate in 3/4. Our favorite was theexican one and prices were reasonable. The sports bar was good too but limited option for GF or vegan. I did not eat at the Italian due to no GF options. The last restaurant was where he had breakfast one day and the service was great. The food, so so. Overall a good hotel considering the Monorail is inside which is great. The pool was closed so we can speak for it.
