Room was not great. Walls were literally cloth nailed to a wall. The “couch” was weird and you could not sit on it- it was small in width. No outlets. Our door on the bathroom was falling off. We paid for an “upgrade” for this tower- absolutely not worth it at all. Would not stay here again. If you’re there to party, I’m sure it’s fine. We weren’t there for that so it was not great.

The Sahara Hotel is an excellent establishment, and I must commend the staff for their truly professional and dedicated service. The employees consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was intended to be memorable, and their commitment to guest satisfaction is genuinely noteworthy. However, the positive aspects of the stay were severely undermined by a critical failure in the reservation process. Despite my careful selection and booking of the Blanca Suite, the room was unavailable upon my arrival due to an overbooking issue. I was instead assigned the Alexandria room. While I acknowledge the design quality of the substituted room, it was not my preferred or reserved accommodation. This discrepancy was profoundly disappointing and led to a persistent feeling of discomfort throughout my stay. The inability to secure the room I specifically booked diminished the overall quality of my vacation and negatively impacted my experience, despite the commendable efforts of the hotel staff.
