Everything went wrong from check in to staff not knowing how to help with wifi to a bed that was too high that would require a stool to get on it to a terrible casino experience and food. We will never come back to this hotel again.

The shower was out of bath soap. The elevator system was not working well for the wing that my room was located at. Half of the USB and plug outlets on the side table did not work. I requested a high roller view but there was really nothing to see on the 8th floor. It was more of a garden view. The first night was horrible with marijuana smell from the other room and there was nothing the hotel could do because all rooms were sold out.

The room had a very small TV, and lumpy bed. Needs updating. The SPA elevators were very slow and several were not functioning. There were long lines to use the elevators.
