I stayed here about 6 weeks ago and still haven't received the $100 refundable security deposit. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone working there when I've called multiple times.

The place was filthy and dead only two or three tables open. The entire place is disheveled and needs a complete top to bottom renovation and unfortunately the area is so bad that The absolute worst Vegas experience I’ve ever had.

Property is in rough shape. Sadly, the feel of the guestroom and its amenities were bare and feel equal to what you would get at the Motel 6 inclusive of the beat up, scratched, and wobbly furniture. Elevators and guest hallways were in rough shape to with holes in the walls, torn carpet, and divots in the floor. Also I travel alone and I never really felt safe since there was a lot of foot traffic in the area who can access the property easily and more importantly there is no cross latch to the guestroom door just a deadbolt that 'hoped' engaged (I put a chair in front just for peace of mind).

Clean and friendly. Small casino feel, which is not a bad thing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Everything clean. Elevator was a little loud. I was charged for parking as a guest. The plumbing is out dated but worked great. The beds were super comfortable. No frills but a nice place to stay.

This is a cool hotel is your don’t want to be worried about the look of things. Many things are outdated and need to be upgraded. The shower water is not piping hot which is annoying. The pool closes at 6pm every night which I didn’t like. There is no complimentary coffee or tea in the room.

This property, like the rest of Vegas, is suffering. Staff are nice but overwhelmed. The hotel is dilapidated and in need of renovation. Linens were clean, but thats about the best I can say about this property. I would not recommend. We should have just booked a nice VRBO or Air BnB. It is close to the strip, but if you want a Vegas strip experience, skip this OYO property unless you want a Motel 6-esque stay four not Motel 6 budget.

The room was dirty look to have not been cleaned before when got there, with clipped toe nails on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The sink, shower and toilet drains all clogged. The toilet overflowed and had to be moved to another room after requesting the toilet to be fixed 4 times

The hotel/casino is outdated. Pictures of the hotel and guest rooms were misleading. The room was dirty and old looking. The table in the room is so old, there are cigarette burns on it. The outlets were loose and several of them did not work. However, the bed was comfortable. Stafff service was ok. Incident in the Hooters restraurant with a server (don't remember his name). He was not a friendly person and very agressive. De-escalation training would benefit him and the hotel. The gaming area was good. The staff in the gaming area were friendly. The Shake Shack is open 24hrs. Very convienient. If you are young and in your 20's, this hotel would probably be OK. If you are older, splurge and get a better room from another hotel. You will thank yourself for that.
