I disliked the lack if hot water in my room. The resturant choices were nice and I enjoyed being near Freemont St.

Hotel was very dated, lack of effort by house keeping, lack of concern for hotel guests comfort. People screaming and fighting in rooms, reported but nothing was done. Charged 28 dollars a day for hotel amentities that we did not utilize. Would not recommend this hotel, there are better hotels in area to choose from.

I like that the Plaza had some history and was located near Fremont which was marvelous. Overall everything was okay for my first time in Las Vegas

The staff was amazing from the cleaning staff to the pit bosses. The had gone above and beyond their job titles. I had called many times prior to my stay and the call center answered all my questions and if they could not the staff would sent me to the correct place, I do think the south tower is in need of updates. I think patrons would love to have a coffee maker in the room and snacks (vending machines) available on the floors in the ice room.

I liked the location and the view. I was put in a smoking room the first night and couldn't move until the second night. There was not much counter space in the bathroom, but the room was a nice size.

First time stayed....Upon booking and check in a king bed was reserved. We received two “queen” beds. Not queen but full. The two of us barely fit in one. The air conditioner did not work on that motor sounded like it was going to blow and kept us up all night. The sulfer in the water was so strong our room spelt like rotten eggs every time we turned it on. Could have been happier with the overall experience....

Great "old Vegas vibe and feel, clean, large casino, staff was helpful on the casino floor, at the front desk. Pool area was clean, well staffed, well care for. Restaurant choices were plentiful from fast food to casual dining to a steak house. All in all a great property for those who enjoy a mix of "old Vegas" but also want modern ammenikties.
