Loved this hotel. It’s quiet, upscale, and a great location, with great service and a large clean room. The restaurant was also very good and I loved that there was no casino and mobs. Valet parking was free and only took a few minutes to get your car unlike most Las Vegas hotels. This will be where I stay in Vegas from now on.

The corner suite had a great view of the Sphere and the NYE fireworks. It was very clean and spacious. The staff was quick to bring up extra bottled water and coffee when asked. No smoking and no casino was a plus for us. Would stay there again!

The staff was incredibly rude and un helpful. They kept us waiting for 4 hours in the lobby before giving us the keys to our room saying it takes 4 hrs to clean a room. Refused to entertain our request to clean our room first as we had arrived after a 8 hr journey. The room cleaning on daily basis was really bad, re-using the same linens/sheets without replacement. so overall stay away from this property if you can.
