The entire facility is clean, only complaint is there is not any coffee in the lobby or rooms. They have a starbucks in the lobby if you want to pay $6-7 everytime you want a coffee. No notable amenities.

I stay at Palace Station regularly. It’s always clean and safe. Great bingo hall, food options, and check-in process. Close enough to the strip, and very close to all of the delicious food options in China Town.

They put us beside the gym. The weights sounded since 4 am and couldn’t sleep . Then the noise from my room all afternoon was terrible with a treadmill sound in the back of my wall. It was terrible .

I like Palace Station but the room we were in (4013) had flood lights outside our room that keep our room lite all night long. Loved the Mexican restaurant.

No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no continental meals like breakfast etc. A bit far from eherything unless you like wlaking an hr to either the strip or fremont. Other than that. It was okay.

The Hotel and Casino were very nice. All Of the employees that we came in contact with were professional and very personable. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. The room looked exactly like their pictures that were posted. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. I would stay there again.

I was excited to stay at this hotel, cause it was right off the freeway until I walked in and it smelled like dirty carpet so I made the cigarette smell even worse, but hate to be right so I get upstairs and the first thing I need to do is pee nobody had scrub the toilet. I was already done with the place then I gotta use the ice bucket and it was leaking from their fake ice that melted so fast or that was because their air conditioner doesn’t really work. It was hot. The towels were so rough and I had to shower after emptying the storage all day, which I was not looking forward to, and there was two different persons hairs in the bathroom and after taking a hot, quick shower, you could see the smudges on the mirrors and how dirty everything really was then you see the counter and how nobody even wiped it down and wondering if they even cleaned the room and just only made the bed. My tissue box was empty. I had one at a towel, but two beds so there should’ve been two sets of towels at least a nearly place to sit in the room beside your bed. Are these two chairs by the window with a lamp that is by your head and stuck to the ground which is very uncomfortable there’s so many ways to make that place a better hotel and comfortable stay I saw nothing but laziness. It’s a sad environment. I’m sorry to say. Sharing photos would ruin the place I thinks I have said enough! And I used Klarna to book the place but then when I got there, they charged me $146 deposit that they still have
