Check in was easy. The hotel staff were all very nice. We had mentioned prior to check in that we were celebrating a birthday and they left a card in the room for us. We liked the messages prior to check in welcoming us and providing hotel information. The room was clean but a little outdated. Very small tv. We enjoyed the hot tub. Andiamo’s was EXCELLENT! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was great. When we arrived we had a late check in, we were to have a non smoking room. Unfortunately one was not available, the smoking room we had was not up to date, the water from the shower head would not stop leaking. We were advised that we would be moved the next day to a non smoking room, which was true thankfully! The non smoking room was much nicer and quieter.
