The Staff and Room was Great, the Valet Parking was Horrible this Time, I called down 2 times to have my Car ready 20 min ahead of time Both Ties it was NOT ready, when I came back I waited 5 Min for someone to Greet me and take my Keys, as 3 or 4 Greeter stood around BS with ea other.. Horrible experience, and paid Resort Fees for an Empty POOL????

Service was excellent as you’d expect and the rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Quiet setting is very nice with the benefits of being steps away from the action at Mandalay Bay.
