Did not have breakfast at this location. The room was clean, but the lighting seemed too dark. Also, strong sewage odor is coming from somewhere. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Check in took over one hour. two staff working check in, then "computer problems" then general confusion. Housekeeping failed to show up for our final day. Called for fresh towels & take trash out, which did happen. Positives, overall property is nice, clean & bright. Room was very nice, well appointed & appeared somewhat recent refurbish. Harrah's location a very good for walking distance to try other casinos. Check out easy on line & statement Email by next day. I would stay here again and if asked by a friend could reccomend Harrah's

We found out the shower enclosure did not have a door, this caused the floor to be very wet and unsafe. Also, the corner of the bed at the foot was hard, my wife hit her knees many times. It should be padded to prevent this. There was no fridge in the room, very annoying, i hate drinking warm beer.
