Rooms were clean, but beds were uncomfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant, some were not. Had issues with the toilet and was not fixed the first time maintenance came to the room.

The continental breakfast was amazing. The hotel location is a 5–10-minute walk to the monorail system that gets you close to the strip and to big resorts and casinos and all the site seeing. The property is very clean, and the staff was always very friendly. I would recommend for anyone who does not want to stay on the strip for staying on the strip prices.

From the first point of contact by phone to my in-person experience with her, Monique provided exceptional service with care, carefulness, and some giggles. :) I arrived earlier than check in time and was able to drop my bags until it was time for me to get into my room. I stayed in a suite on the 19th floor and it was great! My room was clean, bed only semi-comfortable, and the service I needed/called for was given with a good attitude. This hotel provides breakfast from 6am-9am and offers many different option and I have to say, it's pretty darn decent. During my 5-day stay, I had the options of: pork sausage, assorted breads, eggs, andouille sausage, an oatmeal bar, fresh fruit (banana or apples), fresh coffee and tea, with freshly poured apple or orange juice. The onsite bar and restaurant should be celebrated as well; great bar options, friendly faces and good service. An honorable mention would be Brandon (I hope I remembered his name correctly). He wasn't overly enjoyable as Monique (different personalities), but he provided good services when I needed it. Overall, I'd give this hotel a solid 8/10

Everything was really good. Staff was super nice. I would’ve given it all five stars, however our room was not as clean I hoped it to be. The shower was dirty. It was a little dusty and the room smelled really weird almost like a mold or something. Other than that, it is a nice hotel. The breakfast was really great. I wish there was more variety.

The best thing about our stay was just the staff and the beds. The staff was very helpful but the room was dirty, the toilet made loud sounds, the shower did not work well, the lights was so dim. Even the swimming pool was not as it look in the photos on the site.
