Room View was a lot of rooftops and some of the pool. The shower had a bad seal at the bottom of the door and used most of the towels to clear water on the floor. Nice room in general.

The people at the front desk were arrogant and rude. I requested an early check in and was told it was first come first serve which is understandable. There was a notification on my reservation about this. When we got there, how convenient that our room wasn't available but I could get an upgrade for $500 more right away. I heard many others had this happen so it makes you wonder. Our room was nice but I've never been in a room that supplied a coffee maker but you had to BUY the coffee. A refrigerator was there but stocked with their items for purchase. If you moved an item, you were charged $20. Same for the items on a tray on a table. A woman we met fell in her room and could barely walk. She called the front desk about this and was told that she could PURCHASE a wheelchair rental. No other offer of assistance was given. We saw her the next day walking with a cane. She had purchased it since she still couldn't walk. She said she went to see a doctor and had a torn ligament which would need surgery. STILL no assistance from this "5 Star" hotel. Upon checking out, I received a bill ( I thought I had already paid) when I questioned the employee, he ROLLED HIS EYES at me and I apologized for putting him out (I was being sarcastic at this point). I grabbed my bill and suppose I'll figure it out. I had never been to Vegas, never been to Caesar's and was excited about the experience. I was appalled by the treatment from the front desk. I'll never go back.

The amenities was awesome, the front desk was immaculate. The restaurants in the hotel has a good variety of what you crave for at the moment. The shops at the forum are awesome! The only thing is that it smells like cigarette in the whole first floor where the gambling is going on. I wish they will have a designated smoking area (what about the non smokers who doesn't wanna inhale all that?) There was a fridge in the room but it was stocked up with the hotels drinks that are waay to pricey! You really dont have a place to store your left overs behind! The parking lot has a fee of $20 but as a guest in the hotel they should've waived that because we pay for the resort fee of 59$/day what was that for when we couldn't even use the pool or other spots since it's winter???

My stay was extremely disappointing due to terrible housekeeping service and lack of communication. I called multiple times requesting basic items like towels, and they were never delivered. After calling again, I was told the request had never even been entered into the system, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Housekeeping was scheduled for the following day at 11:00 a.m., and I left my room specifically so it could be cleaned. No one showed up. I had to call yet again just to find out why the service was never done. When I returned to the room, it was very dusty, clearly showing it had not been properly cleaned. The service bar area was covered in thick dust, not something that builds up in a single day. I took pictures, and it’s obvious the room had been neglected for quite some time. For a luxury hotel charging premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, missed housekeeping, and dirty conditions made my stay frustrating and disappointing. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Very poor staff 1hour at single slot 2 seperate times . Double charged me for valet refused to open my whiley son was having a medical incident I had to literally tey to kick the door down . Rude frontdesk terrible place this is not the place I rented 3 rooms and treated 19 people at the Hells kitchen. Run away
