My family and i enjoyed our 4 day stay. We were unfortunate to have gone mid October. We just missed the Luau by two weeks. Heard plenty of good things. But even though we didn't get a chance to experience the Luau we had plenty of fun in the resort. Pool should stay open till 10pm but i understand thats why they have an adult hot tub. Definitely need to stay another week here.

Access to amenities was limited pool area. The property was very big however no shuttle was available to guess.. which cost for a lot of walking. And uncertainty of location. Staff was unaware of hours for amenities when asked.

The room exceeded our expectations. Kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and balcony were nicely furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. The landscaping was great, making you feel like you were in Tahati. I highly recommend this venue for a stay in Las Vegas.

nice place, check out time is WAY TO EARLY and late check out even an hour was denied. 10am in Vegas after an all day festival and late night out is inconvenient.

The Resort was beautiful. Only minor complaint was that the thermostat in our room did not work right. Regardless what we set it to, it continued to blow cold air over and over. Tried putting it up to 80 to see and still would just blow cold air so the room was always really cold.

The hotel room floor was a little dirty and the table on the balcony was not clean. The main pool was closed for our stay. The washer/dryer in the room did not work properly. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The furniture was not very comfortable to sit on in the room. The lights/light switches were not convenient. The shower was not very adjustable because it just blasted water and there was no exhaust fan.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Rooms were lovely, staff lovely, pool and lazy river were great. Very handy having the shuttle bus but it would be great if it went a little further down the strip. The only things we found were dirty hallways and lifts. Apart from that it's a great place to stay for families.

We were in Vegas to celebrate my son's wedding. We needed something family oriented that was close enough to the strip while still far enough away. The shuttle was great with the exception of the 8 pm cutoff. With the room renovations blocking some of the parking lot for construction staging it did not accommodate parking for the Ford Trasit we had to do our own late night pick ups for the bridal party. Other than that I was very pleased that it provided a great home away from home. Bonus..The grill area worked wonderful for feeding the bridal party, family and guests who also stayed at the resort.
