Room was excellent and very large. Clean and room service every day. Large bathroom with tub and separate shower bath and separate room toilet. Unlike other hotels in the area the room smelled fresh everyday. Close to sphere and strip. The only drawback was the microwave which was mentioned as provided on request but literally zero chance of getting, and we never got even after checking for multiple days

Terrible experience. Hotel has bed bugs. Woke up with a bed bug on the pillow crawling towards my head. Took multiple pictures. Notified the front desk staff and even showed photos and the manager was not compassionate at all. Received refund for the current night and was given another room to stay. I should have received a full refund for the previous night and my entire stay (just because I didn't see the bed bugs the previous night, doesn't mean they weren't there). I didn't want to even accept the new room. Ended up leaving the hotel and canceling the rest of my vacation. Had to book an earlier flight to go back home. The staff has no compassion and was nasty with an attitude. No regard to the fact that I am also pregnant and was mentally shocked and started feeling physically sick. Worst customer service ever! Wish I could give zero stars but cannot leave review unless selecting at least one.

The Tuscany is a beautiful hotel, with friendly staff and well kept spaces! Our room was beautiful, with so much room for us to be comfortable. We ate at Pub 365 and Marilyn's, which were both fantastic!

The rooms are very spacious and well kept. They offer 3 completey different restaurants and they are are all excellent depending on what you are in the mood for. The Bistecca Italian Steakhouse is pricy but superior to any other high buck restaurant in the area and well worth the money. Pool and hot tub areas are very nice and well kept. Low key hotel and not crowded.

Staff were rude and bad service. I’ve ordered food to go from the restaurant (Bottega cafe) they fussed about not wanting to make the to go food because they were busy then whenever the manager begged them to make the food so I can take it to the room. They handed it to me without silverware. I’ve asked to take some normal silverware but they refused to give me so I had to eat steak and salad with my hand . No silverware. The phone service was horrible no one is answering the front desk.
