The Wynn is a beautiful property. Clean rooms and great service. A couple of negatives were the lack of signage to access the Sphere and the hallways had a pungent smell and no ventilation.

I was supposed to stay here but using Expedia as a third-party was very very bad. Don’t ever use Expedia as a third-party. They never returned my money. I never ended up in Las Vegas. I tried to cancel with the hotel they wouldn’t accommodate. They just wanted money. it was all about the money Don’t ever go with a third-party. The people in the wind. Vegas were not accommodating. I explained to them the situation they didn’t care I called Expedia they didn’t care. Nobody wanted to listen WestJet is the worst. Please don’t ever fly WestJet unless you have a lot of money to throw away this trip cost me $6000 with no refund And never ended up in Vegas on my 60th birthday. What a disappointment.

A perfect stay with exceptional service.

We loved this resort. All staff very friendly and helpful. We had the option to check-in early if we were okay with a lower floor (we were told no view) and our room was did have a partial lower view which we didn’t mind since the room was so lovely. The room itself was very comfortable with a sitting area and dinning area too and the bathroom was spacious as well. We came to this resort for a music attraction and it was very convenient to stay within the resort.
