We booked and paid for a Crown 2-story suite, but we didn't get the room we booked. Instead, we received a regular room with two double beds and are being charged extra. The heater doesn't work, either. It's cold in the room, which makes us unable to rest well, in addition to being super tired from the road trip. We need to move to another room tomorrow. We are very disappointed. We don't think we expected too much.

Upon check in they did not have the room I reserved. They said it was first come, first serve. Why did I reserve a room with a loft if it was going to be given away? The bed creaked with every single movement. Sheets for the pull out writer scratchy. No washclothes provided. In addition to the noise from the airplanes. Very disappointing experience.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and loved that it was off the strip and very quiet. It was clean and the room had a great set up with the beds being in a separate area than the couch and TV area. There was also a small table near the microwave and fridge. We ate at the restaurant twice and recommend both the restaurant and pub menus. The French onion soup is amazing. Maria was our waitress and couldn’t have been more pleasant and welcoming. Parking got a little tricky when Friday night rolled around a lot of people were there but we still found a spot. Would definitely stay again!
