everything was great here. it did smell like bud everywhere you went. i thought the monarch king was a one bedroom since in the picture it looked like it, but they said some have walls and some don’t. The tv sound didnt work and no one ever came to fix it. the housekeepers were really nice too

Everything was great only complaint is furniture is out dated. The AC kept leaking water. I also do think the incident deposit is a little ridiculous 100$ for each night my total for incidental deposit was 300$ for 3night stay plus resort fees 412$. Other than that the staff was great. Pool was nice.

Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. Rooms were cleaned everyday for the 6 days I was there. I was very busy while I was there so I did not have a chance to see the pool, gym, or other amenities. A few things I did not like. My room door would not close unless slammed. Bathroom door would not latch at all. The interior of the room looked like it was given the landlord treatment when it came to maintenance and repairs. Exposed plumbers tape and bathroom shower leaked. No elevator to 2nd floor. If you need to access the laundry or ice machines you need to go to one of the pool areas. The internet is very slow unless you want to pay what I think is a large fee for a very small boost to the already very slow internet.
