Surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a solo stay. The room felt open and roomy, giving plenty of space to relax and unwind without feeling boxed in. Another big highlight was the location---just close enough to the Strip to make getting around easy, yet tucked far enough away to feel calm and relaxed after a long day out

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The extra space of a two room suite was appreciated. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the problem appears at check-in. When I went to pay on Expedia, I was only able to pay part of the price ($44.56), though I wanted to fully pay for the room at $81.98. The rest was to be paid on check-in. On the receipt, I was informed the resort fee was $4.42 and this was part of the price. When I checked in, I was informed the resort fee was $137.42 to be paid right then. Total price of the room ended up being $181.98. As I was checking out, the staff was telling two ladies checking in the same thing. The ladies thought they had paid in full. For this deceptive practice, I cannot recommend using this facility and won't be returning.

The room was okay. It did not look as advertised online as the carpet was different and the layout was different. Cleanliness was good but the fuzzy blanket in between the linens on the bed made it feel less hygienic, so I decided not to use the resort's blanket. The couch bed was very springy and uncomfortable. The $100 resort fee made no sense because the main pool was closed and the pools that were open were small and freezing, despite the "heated" description. There also was no open hot tub. The main reason why I booked this hotel was for the main pool and the heated pool description, but there was no indication that it was closed. Very disappointing.

I really love staying here. It is close enough to the strip to walk if you need to. But it’s also just far enough away where you can take a break from all the craziness that’s happening throughout the day. The rooms were nice and clean bigger than I was anticipating. The bed was actually really comfortable. Everything that came in the kitchen was great. I am coming back again.

We found Alexis Park to be clean and well kept for the most part. It's an older property and more generic than some due to the age, but very clean and basic. They provide daily room service, the breakfast was good but very limited in what you could get with the breakfast voucher we got. Overall, I'd absolutely stay again.

When I arrived, check-in was delayed until 2 AM due to confusion about my charges. After finally being sent to my room, the door was broken and would not open. We waited in the dark for security and maintenance for nearly 30 minutes, then had to walk all the way back to the front to get new key cards for a DIFFERENT ROOM. Once inside, the bathtub was filthy and the A/C rattled LOUDLY all night. It was my anniversary, so I stayed despite the poor conditions, but the experience was extremely disappointing and not up to Expedia’s standards. It sucks I can’t simply check in and enjoy my stay , instead now I was left too uncomfortable to even address any of my issues too the staff being that I was scared they’d ruin my stay even more.
