The rooms should have a USB charging port to recharge one's electronic devices. In particular, I had an Apple product that I needed to charge that needed a USB charging port.

Good place for price, but I got locked in a stair well trying to go down to get ice. No lie. Since no refrigerator in the room, and ice machine on my floor broken, I went down the stairwell near the ice machine, and from inside stairwell, all doors were locked to get back into the regular floors/building. So then had to walk down 17th floors to get to the bottom the only place I can get out. Fire hazard! Fire hazard! Danger Danger. Bad!

The property is old out of date and dirty. The casino was empty and outdated. What seemed like homeless people were hanging out outside the property and security was scene chasing individuals off the property. Decent if you’re broke and need a shelter or if you enjoy being around that kind of environment. We left a day early to stay at a safer more up to date hotel and casino.

Sink was clogged, water not draining. Fire alarm goes off at 4 am waking everyone up. No information if everything is okay or not. Needed a fridge because of family member's medication, charges $30 for tiny mini fridge. Paying over $100 per day + resort fees but charging $10 a day for a functional wifi. TV broke middle of night and took long time to get someone to take a look at the TV. Furniture/appliances not in the best condition. Nickle and diming on everything.

This hotel is awesome. It has a movie theater, bowling, great dining options, swimming pool with lifeguards on duty, an arcade and a play area for little ones. The only thing I didn’t like is the cigarette smell is very strong throughout the hotel except for the rooms.
