I totally dig the “Big Easy” vibes! The casino is amazing with 24 hour poker and daily tournaments. Also having a movie theater and bowling alley is a big plus. The food was delicious and various selection foods to choose from. The decor was pleasant and proper. The desk was a great place to setup for work to get done. My favorite part was the staff on how professional they are. Very welcoming and caring people during my stay. I can’t wait to visit and stay at Orleans again.

This property is ok. Not my favorite but we bowl tournament every year there and it just seems to be yucky now. Staff was rude and unwilling to help. Never said Hi, kiss my butt or anything. The hotel is also in the "Red Light District" and felt unsafe outside the property. Yikes. Hotel needs a major over haul.

Overall I had a great experience and the staff were so nice and helpful. I missed have a fridge and microwave so that I could keep drinks cold and reheat leftovers. I feel like the furniture could be updated and some dusting was needed.

The rooms were beautiful. We had a view of the pool area..just gorgeous. The only issue is no coffee pots or refrigerators in the room. You either have to pay for one or bring your ice chest.
