Only the patisserie available. So take out Room had very little storage. Cheap cheap toilet paper and tissues No bottled water in room other that $24.00 Room was beautiful as was hotel. But beauty alone does make for a great experience

Most of The staff was so rude. From the first day we got there. Calling the Concierge desk from the room went to a person working from home that was son nasty that the supervisor listened to the tape and profusely apologized. The casino. Was do Smokey we couldn’t breathe. We also was charged a resort fee for over $100 for no reason because no amenities were used.

Love the staff at Bellagio. It's bright and open and clean. The convenience of the scooters at the bell hop desk is great. CVS pharmacy is right across the street. Love Sadelles for lunch and Michael Mina for dinner along with other high dining options. Wonderful service.

Really good hotel love it!!, the cleaning service not so good, I'm asking service 2 time(I stay 5 days)and they changed the bed, pick up trash but didn't vacuum and didn't clean the tub and bathroom floor.

Our plumbing backed up in the bathroom. Shower and sink. Smelled like rotten eggs, and sewer. They came to fix it, but the smell still lingered in the room. Only half of the staff at the front desk was nice. The other ones were super rude. If you book through a third-party, they treat you like garbage. In my opinion.
