The property was beautiful. However, we found the staff rude. Maybe because we are from TX. The grounds around the fountains were dirty and gross. Littered with alcohol bottles, smoking butts, and used needles. The air conditioning in the room was subpar and never repaired.

I normally stay in the main building, but this time I booked the Spa tower and I’m so glad I did. Much easier access to the pool, without walking through the cold casino, an elevator that takes u right to the pool grounds AND rooms that feel a bit lighter and more sophisticated than the color pallet and materials in the main tower. I loved my stay and the soaking tub was the perfect finishing touch for me

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There were some amenities in the room that were missing that shouldn’t be missing in a 5 star hotel. However, staff got it resolved when we made note of it. The room and bathroom is very clean and spacious. We got the pool view and a nice view of the Vegas mountains in the distance. The view was truly magical.
