A lot of homeless people were around the hotel outside area. It was off the strip in a rundown area. I don’t blame the hotel, because that seems to be everywhere around the strip.

Very difficult to make any changes once a reservation is made and then when you do make changes, they do not apply them. This is cause for unexpected charges and way to many hours working with staff to correct.

Very nice place. No casino on the property which was very nice. No cigarette smoke in the lobby was really good!! Staff were polite and attentive. The bar, cafe and restaurant in the hotel are good with lots of nice options.
