There was a lot of confusion when I check in it took me like 15-20 minutes just to fully check in and that was the extent of my customer service while there. I wasn’t told about any amenities or breakfast or anything. Just given my card after being treated like a burden and shooed away. The room was nice but that’s all it had going for it.

Unfortunately due to huge flight delays we checked in at 4am and check out was at 10am. The lovely staff provided us with a later check out which was greatly appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel very much however it was beautiful, great view, very helpful staff.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeting by a young lady who told us to stop by another desk after checking for a welcome gift. Beware! This was in fact not a welcome gift, it was a promo to get you to listen to their time share scam. Mind you we had been on the ground for an hour after a 4 hour flight from Detroit. The woman insisted that we had to watch their presentation that day, the next open slot in fact. That should have been my clue to decline the offer, but I'm not that smart I guess. We sat through their blah, blah, blah and the personal one on one attempt to sell. All in all it was over 2 hours we lost for promo certificates that couldn't even be used at the restaurant or bars on the property. Our second night there the outdoor bar was closed due to staffing issues. And there was no kitchen staff as well. Our fourth night we decided to try to go to the bar in the lobby. We sat at the bar and were told that they had closed for the night. When we asked why the bar tender was rude and said she was done and wiped her hands and walked away. When we complained to the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do, that their schedule showed the bar closing at 9. The rooms were nice. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location is nice because you're not far from Downtown and you're basically at one end of the strip.
