When we arrived at the hotel around 8 pm and the room was not ready. We had one of the larger suites and after entering the room, there seemed to be vomit on a hall mirror and clogged bathroom sink with water and black debris floating in it. Next, there were no sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa so we had to call housekeeping. The phone system was terrible. You had to speak to an automated voice for service and at times it took a long time to speak with someone human. We had 4 card keys and they hardly worked during our stay. Although the night manager did remove one fee resort charge I think more could have been done.

I stayed at the RIO for my daughters Cheer Comp and I had a great room such a beautiful view it was big and clean and just super nice wish it was a lil closer to the strip but other then that great stay.

They never did get the internet to work. The network connected but my system kept saying the certificates were expired and posed a security threat and I couldn't connect to internet service. The floor tiles looked like something was spilled and no one bothered to clean. The shower had pubic hair in the bottom upon check in. Beds were comfortable and they did send a cleaning person to clean the shower after I called it to their attention. Very disappointed for the cost, especially the "resort fee". Not even internet service. Staff was great. I did notice they could not even put a sticker on the door correctly.

You can’t reach the front desk and have to deal with an extremely glitchy AI bot who doesn’t understand simple requests like towels. It was extremely frustrating. The staff was friendly but they need to address the poor experience when you need something.

We ate breakfast at the Kitchen Table inside the Rio. They food was good and our server, Jose, was fantastic. I do not recommend the Bloody Mary. It had an interesting flavor that wasn’t enough “tomato”. Remodeled Rooms at the Rio are very clean. Great layout in the suites and huge bathroom area. Teresita was our housekeeping staff. She was great!

Room was amazing it was newly remodeled, we were there for a gymnastics meet, service was good starbucks kept messing up our size of the drink but we went through starbucks for a fix only because theybwere way to busy to bother. Only reason for 4 stars is bc of smoke and location off the strip. But hotel itself was great!
