When we arrived at the hotel around 8 pm and the room was not ready. We had one of the larger suites and after entering the room, there seemed to be vomit on a hall mirror and clogged bathroom sink with water and black debris floating in it. Next, there were no sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa so we had to call housekeeping. The phone system was terrible. You had to speak to an automated voice for service and at times it took a long time to speak with someone human. We had 4 card keys and they hardly worked during our stay. Although the night manager did remove one fee resort charge I think more could have been done.

Great room. Not the best location, off strip but easy Ubers. We had a 1000sqft suite at a top floor. Kids loved it! Saw WOW! Highly recommend it! High Steaks had great food and great service. All in all great visit!

They first tried downgrading my room. No big deal, I caught it and they corrected it. The absolute atrocity was waking up to five attempts of them charging my card on file $500. No explanation, nothing. I come to find out it was due to “air quality”alert in my room due to smoking, vaping, etc. After investigating it on my own (after having to freeze my card) they weren’t even sure what the alert was for, and could have been from me drying my hair. The fact that they didn’t come to my room, call my room or attempt to discuss with me prior to shakily charging my card at 3 am is beyond unacceptable. I also haven’t received my deposit back as of yet. You get what you pay for applies here unfortunately

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
No hot water, request sent to maintenance but no one came (this was on the day of check-out). The room was also very dated and not worth the price I paid..Needs significant upgrades if I were to come here again.
