The Rio is a nice choice with large rooms. I enjoyed staying here again. However, when I got back home, I did have a billing issue and never received a receipt. They eventually resolved the situation, but there was NO number to speak with the property directly. It took close to 2 weeks to resolve.

Just off the strip so easy in and out, but close enough to see the lights of the city. Parking was easy, parking lot right where our tower was. Hotel is huge, plenty of restaurants, shops and shows to do right there.

We chose the non updated room for space, it was great! They supplied body lotion and conditioner but no shampoo. The strip view was amazing. Loved the pool and the pina coladas!

The night i got there my card was ran for numerous random charges no one knew why there system did this over 1500 was ran the night of my arrival which now i was left with no spending money no gambling money the staff was nice i had 1 rude employee in the vip who told me to get out the way I'm not vip. Mind u, im there Thursday till Sunday. I get 200 food credit but 1 meal for 2 was about 80 to 100 bucks and the restaurant charges me twice. I didn't have funds to even take a lift. I was told my resort and upgrade fees would be waived n i was still charged this. I planned this trip 6 months prior left my children with a sitter all to sit in my room watch tv and wait til check out. No one knows why this happened. I had to get a wire transfer to get gas money to go home. I'm broken hearted nothing went planned. The staff that did help they were very apologetic and nice that was the only thing that kept me from breaking down and crying. So this trip no shopping no going to a show no going to the strip. Very sad weekend for us. I was told a system glitch happen .

Had to call every day for towels, room service did not come except for 1 day of our 5 day stay and did not restock the toilet paper which was very low the day they did come to clean. Nowhere to eat breakfast except a starbucks.
