The Rio is a nice choice with large rooms. I enjoyed staying here again. However, when I got back home, I did have a billing issue and never received a receipt. They eventually resolved the situation, but there was NO number to speak with the property directly. It took close to 2 weeks to resolve.

Outdated non renovated rooms. Room smelt like weed upon check in- which we arrived at 8pm- so well after the checkout of the previous guest. No urgency to help us switch rooms. It took 3 hours to get a new room- still not upgraded even tho we had booked and checked in before our friend- and her room apparently wasnt ready at that moment yet she still received an upgrade room in the renovated tower. The lamp shades were covered in dust, and the room has food splatter on the wallpaper behind the desk. The tiles in the bathroom were sticky. Sheets were dirty in the next room we got, a huge stain on the bedskirt and burn holes in the couch. Resort fees were supposed to be waived, however upon checkout I had discovered they were in fact still on the room. The lady I was speaking to was lovely and she removed them for me. Now I am waiting to get the money back on my credit card for the hold they took. Worst hotel ever and will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone. I come to Vegas 3-5 times a year and this will never be on my list to stay again!
