The Rio is a nice choice with large rooms. I enjoyed staying here again. However, when I got back home, I did have a billing issue and never received a receipt. They eventually resolved the situation, but there was NO number to speak with the property directly. It took close to 2 weeks to resolve.

Just off the strip so easy in and out, but close enough to see the lights of the city. Parking was easy, parking lot right where our tower was. Hotel is huge, plenty of restaurants, shops and shows to do right there.

Our suite was in the newly renovated tower and was absolutely a 10 out of a 10. We had to upgrade from the masquerade tower which is literally straight out of the 90’s and very dirty. Book the newly renovated tower. The restaurants were great. Staff very friendly. I would stay again. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely LOVED the renovated rooms! The view of the strip was INCREDIBLE!! And I could not believe how quiet the room was!! You can't hear ANYTHING from the rooms around you or above or below! The beds were so comfortable and the fridge was giant! I will definitely stay here again!
