Average stay. Room was clean and well appointed but smokey due to people smoking in parking lot. We were there for the day as we had a later flight but staff would not let us check in before 3. Went to casino for food at pub. My sandwich had a sharp piece of plastic in it and server said she would inform the kitchen, but no compensation was offered. Difficult to find help in casino and players rewards weren't consistent with what was listed on brochure.

The floors were literally taped together with duct tape. The room was nice and comfortable. They dont serve "brunch" until lunchtime, ie. 11am so dont count on any significant meal options before then. We had to stuff to do so we couldn't wait around. The restaurant was open, but its in the Casino and the smell of cigarettes is oppressive so that was not an option of for us.
The black lines is duct tape on all the floors.

The rooms king size rather small no space to walk around for 2, Restaurants pub was great, the Deck was awesome, Front Yard was alright except for All djs were great music , cleaning was okay needed things here and there it needs new management, all staff was nice and waitresses nice too.

The staff support was lacking. After we got into our room we went to the cafe inside the casino that is attached to Ellis Island. After dinner we were watching t.v. and I got feeling nauseous and laid down. I needed some peptobismal and a 7up badly. My husband is handicapped with a lung disease and unable to help so I called the front desk thinking they might have some and could bring it to my room. They said NO they didn’t have any and I should go into the casino to get it. Needless to say “THE NIGHT DIDNT GO WELL”. I tried explaining what and why I needed their help. I will NEVER go there again!
