We stayed for three days at Ellis Island. The check-in was easy, the personnel friendly. Room was really clean and neat, I was surprised. There are ice machines in each floor. The room a/c unit is noisy, that'all the negative I could say about the hotel. At the casino, they have a burger (big) with fries and a slice of pickle for $5.99; be prepare for some delay there, many people eating and short of staff sometimes.

Older property, but clean. Walkable to the strip, monorail, high roller, and to the sphere. Food was good in the adjoining restaurants. Good stay if you want to be off the strip.

Easy walk to the sphere. Staff was helpful. The first night the room I was assigned had a defective AC unit. The racket the fan generated made sleep impossible. I changed rooms and the new room was great but I should not have had to endure that first night

I love Ellis Island! I stay there when I got to Las Vegas. There was a staff member who doubted me as a guest (I could tell) because I hadn’t checked in with him. Other than that, perfect 10!

Over all it’s a great experience! The only down side I experienced while staying in this hotel is the front desk could be a little more organized. I asked for a full room cleaning service and when I came back nothing was cleaned or trash taken out or either swapping towels which I had to request 2 different times. It seems the first person who answered my call forgot to either add the request or just didn’t do it. The hotel itself is nice and definitely good walking distance to everything.

Location was centrally located to where we needed to be. Room was spacious and clean. We especially loved that they would hold our luggage for free while we shopped before our flight.
