We stayed in the balcony suite. It was such a nice room. Better than I expected. For being a smaller casino there was a lot of different spaces to hang out at. My only complaint would be the customer service with the bartenders. I feel coming from someone in the industry in a local casino. They should be more welcoming. I felt like some of their attitudes need some adjusting. As a local I’ve stayed at 33 different casinos and I would definitely come back here to stay again.

Clean property, motel atmosphere. Rooms are small but clean. This is a no frills hotel with a motel feel. Good place if you are looking for a room to shower/sleep. 17 minute walk to the strip so you’re close to the action. Casino in completely renovated and offers a bbq restaurant and 24 hour cafe.

The rooms are wonderfully convenient to the casino. The double queen room has carpeting and when we walked in socks in the room our socks were filthy and black. The carpet was disgusting. The air conditioning unit was super loud and clunky. It did cool the room. The staff was great: friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat. Coffee in restaurant tasted burnt most mornings. Food is just average. Will go again because we gamble there but pretty disappointed this yeae

Overall, from the moment I arrived, I regretted my choice booking at this location. I arrived early and walked up to the lobby to see if I could check in early. The front desk clerk was immediately bothered by me requesting to check in early. I had to pay a fee, which is fine, but if you’re going to charge anybody a fee, then it better come with a good well kept resort. The hallways are falling apart. The room itself had furniture that was damaged and not kept well. The room was not properly cleaned. The towels were dingy looking and did not at all smell clean. I remember bringing up the towel to my face to dry off after a shower to be met with a grimy unclaimed smell. Overall, this place is a great example of you get what you pay for. I regret allowing my booking agent to reserve this hotel. I’m glad it was just for one night and then I’m switching over to another hotel. Again, overall, the staff was disappointing. The upkeep of the hotel is pretty bad. They literally had tape on the linoleum on the floor leading out from the third room floor elevator. I’ve learned and I will never book here again.

The room is older, the blankets were very worn. The bed was comfy. The lighting was awful. We were in a room across from the casino and each night we were woken by people fighting outside in the parking lot.

Overall a good hotel food was alright though some mornings it was so busy I had to go other places no cleaner went into my room during the whole stay which was interesting as someone from the UK cleaners generally go into your room everyday unless told not too my only annoyance was on my last night loud music was being blared from one of the rooms at 3AM I had a 6:30AM coach that morning this music went on for about an hour and I could feel the vibration from the bass in my room however overall good place for the price and an easy 15/20 minute walk to the strip
