Room was spectacular. Staff top notch. Little restaurant and bar on site are great. The neighborhood around the hotel is sketchy though, but the parking lot is SUPER well lit.

As always staff is great.. room was very dirty, walls were splashed with brown liquid. One of the beds had blood stains on the sheet.

The drain in the shower was broken so water built up in the tub and the bedside lamps flickered on and off on their own. Otherwise it was clean and looked like the pictures.

You get what you pay for! It was relatively clean and felt safe. It was a bit outdated and smelled smoky, which didn’t bother me. Very short walk to the Monorail which was nice! The breakfast wouldn’t have been worth it even if it was complementary, let alone $12.

Room was gross. Elevator was falling apart. Our ceiling was caving in from water damage. Everything is smoke damaged. We left and went to MGM Grand for the same price. Staff was extremely nice and helpful though!

The young man who checked me in was outstanding!! He got 10 stars. The bartender not so much - 1 star. The front desk woman the next morning 2 stars. Parking is great but getting in and out of hotel was almost impossible to challenging. My personal preference is a coffee maker in room but it wasn't a deal breaker. Great location to convention center. The 4 stars are due to the front desk check in man and the cleanliness. The rest kind of "meh" but certainly adequate although it took me 15 minutes to get the shower lukewarm.
