I couldn't believe the hotel received a 9 rating! small and average. walked a long way to subway but couldn't find the entrance! Suttle to to the airport, driver make no effort to help unload baggage! small rooms with one elevator. The stairway had no lighting and I didnt want to take the chance!!!! not a good experience. thought about canceling 2nd night stay

Your food was way too expensive. When I walked outside to walk to the 7-11 there was so much trash and filthy sidewalks and streets. Please don’t respond with, you have no control of the surrounding area. Your hotel pays taxes, so yes you do have some control, you just choose not to take it. My friends and I use to come to Vegas all the time. Not anymore, I’ve been to cleaner third world countries.
