Not the best experience. Our beds were hard and the sheets were crispy and had a strong odor of bleach. The AC in our room was stuck at 68°, was extremely noisy when running, then made a loud clunk every 10 mins when it shut off. (I have a video of it) The staff wasn’t the most welcoming. The people at the front desk were very kind but nearly everyone else we encountered seemed grumpy and like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. We’ve stayed at Sam’s Town in the past and things were great but this time was a miss unfortunately.
