I’ve had it with this place!

Let me start by saying I’ve been going to this place since they first opened. I’ve been back dozens of times since. But… I’ve had it with the ridiculous resort fee! It was 60% of the cost of the room. Resort fees are generally for pool and gym access. Let’s be real! I’m on vacation In Vegas and I’m not going to the gym! The pool hours at this place suck! 10:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m! Once again, I’m in Vegas, I wanna hang out at the pool and hot tub until at least 10:00 or 11 Pm like it used to be. I also used to go to the hot tub and drink coffee at 8:00 a.m but now you can’t go until 10. Then to top it off, they have closed the pool area for the day for rain and “other” reasons three times during my stay but they still charge you for the resort fee. I feel like they should remove that fee on days when there’s no access to the pool, but let’s be real, it’s a scam! Oh also, the toilet ran all day and night!

First time staying at South Point. We had a great stay! There is a lot at this resort and being off the main part of the Strip didn’t bother us at all since everything is here. Even still it’s an easy drive to the main part of the Strip and right off I15. Would definitely stay here again.
