They couldn’t find our Travelocity reservation and told us to get on a phone to talk to somebody. Then they found it and we had to get back in line. Our bed for 2 was a twin bed and room was tiny. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work. You get what you pay for

Being downtown is just fun. I like the service of the Four Queens. Mike the bartender is the best. He makes amazing drinks and is always kind. When he is not there he is missed. Very busy and crazy due to Halloween but we had a good time.

Room was OK. Little dated. Could use a new mattress. There was a piece of bread in the hallway when we checked in and it was still there 5 days latter when we checked out. That shows there are no rats. I like staying downtown at 4 queens. I'm not paying a "resort fee" for something i do not use. Free music, entertainment, and slots seem to pay out better.
