They couldn’t find our Travelocity reservation and told us to get on a phone to talk to somebody. Then they found it and we had to get back in line. Our bed for 2 was a twin bed and room was tiny. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work. You get what you pay for

This property has no resort fees. Rooms are clean but out dated. Need some better options for coffee in the room. I am local and have stayed here a few times and really the only actual complaint is it needs better beds We will stay again at some point if prices stay affordable

it was nice, because we had a up grade, did not really expected it, but everyone was great, so was the lady that help us, environment was warm and friendly, and happy they put a coffee and pastry very convenient.

We arrived mid morning and were traveling with my mom who uses a walker. My older aunt was also with me. Parmina at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She let us check in early and gave us adjoining rooms so could help folks get situated. We got a little break before going out to lunch. Everyone at the casino we spoke with from the valet to the hotel manager were friendly and kind. There were four ladies in our party who were treats and felt like true Four Queens! Mahalo to the Four Queens!
