We arrived mid morning and were traveling with my mom who uses a walker. My older aunt was also with me. Parmina at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She let us check in early and gave us adjoining rooms so could help folks get situated. We got a little break before going out to lunch. Everyone at the casino we spoke with from the valet to the hotel manager were friendly and kind. There were four ladies in our party who were treats and felt like true Four Queens! Mahalo to the Four Queens!

Took them 45 minutes in the lobby to get me a room even though it was an empty wednesday night and i had booked prior through expedia. Beyond loud in the room from fremont street. why even put windows? Then they try to up charge you to a quiet room for more money. Also parking is not free unless you get their stupid “players card”. This is why Vegas sucks now. Four Queens is a joke.
