They couldn’t find our Travelocity reservation and told us to get on a phone to talk to somebody. Then they found it and we had to get back in line. Our bed for 2 was a twin bed and room was tiny. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work. You get what you pay for

Booked two rooms. They only cleaned one of the rooms on our groups stay. Not sure what the logic was, and no the party did not opt out of cleaning services. They refused to take my government issued military ID. Stated it was their policy. So they opted to take my non real ID with out of date info on it. It isn’t even valid ID to fly with.

Great renovated rooms marred by an air conditioner that would not cooperate; either too cold or too hot. And noisy! And I was staying right above the concert stage of the Fremont Street experience. That's the other caviot you may want to consider: the north wing is indeed above the stage and the decibels ... Incredible! It may hinder your sleep. I really like this hotel and the staff but that was hard to take. I'm glad I stayed here but I'm not sure if I would do that again. Still staying here is a once in a lifetime experience
