They couldn’t find our Travelocity reservation and told us to get on a phone to talk to somebody. Then they found it and we had to get back in line. Our bed for 2 was a twin bed and room was tiny. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work. You get what you pay for

We arrived mid morning and were traveling with my mom who uses a walker. My older aunt was also with me. Parmina at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She let us check in early and gave us adjoining rooms so could help folks get situated. We got a little break before going out to lunch. Everyone at the casino we spoke with from the valet to the hotel manager were friendly and kind. There were four ladies in our party who were treats and felt like true Four Queens! Mahalo to the Four Queens!

it was pretty decent for the price, a little loud depending where your room is but ear plugs are provided, nice ac, one of the tables was super glued on our room though lol, also very loud smoke detector that went off randomly at 3am while we were both asleep?? But besides that, nice clean room, FRIDGE AND COFFEE WHICH IS BIG !!! and very nice front desk :)

The staff here alaways treat you nice. I stay here eventhugh it might not be the cheapest. I love the stages on freemont and the live music. Keeps me coming back. Love me some Sugar band

No resort fees. Quick elevators. I like the affordable room service and the Magnolia resturant. The nicest people worked at that restaurant. Very close Uber/Ride-share pick up location, most other resorts you have to walk very far.

Hotel and staff were great, I had to have my room moved as it was on the Fremont street side which stays loud till 3am. Then on my last night on the "quiet side" they had a concert so I got no sleep and had to get up at 4:30am for my flight.
