Location is great but the hotel is very disappointing. The elevator floors are missing tiles, hallways and rooms smell like sewer. The pool was very small and over crowded, that too look dirty. Lack of good restaurants and this extra charge $50.00 a day for wifi usage and other things why?and an extra resort fee was a bummer. We asked for clean towels and the maid needed a serious anger management issue. Never again will I choose this hotel.

I liked the check in process, it was quick to do it online ahead of time and just do it yourself. Got us into our room quick, they did not give us the upgraded room that I paid extra for. The pillows were very hard, but the room was clean. The floor we stayed on smelled like a dead body honestly. There was a room blocked off on our floor that had a horrible smell. The food choices were ok, but needed more options. The ones that were there were pretty pricey. All in all, a nice place. They did give me a refund for a nights stay, I left early.

Great room, close to transportation and shopping. The pool was crowded, no place to sit, gets shade too early in the day so not a great experience. We lasted 10 minutes and could not get out of there fast enough. If you don’t like going to the pool this is a great place to stay.

Good location but the music was horrible; keep hearing same beet…and loud even when in the room. Tried going swimming and we brought our key card, then the guy at entrance said we needed our id’s; we are in our 60’s. Don't think we were sneaking in, decided not to go back!
