They need valet parking back parking is unsafe n horrible in the parking garage they took refrigerator out basic rooms and charge now to have they should tell you that in description of room now we upgraded just for fridge and I’m platinum member room suite was clean we didn’t use housekeeping property needs some changes different now we have been staying here for years Maybe time for a new place

Rooms were somewhat small, no room for even a dresser. I like to "unpack" when I arrive at a hotel so I can spread my clothes out and see what I want to wear. The other minor complaint is that the elevators were kind of slow.

I didn't like the directions to other areas and no one to help guide you to different exits in the hotel. The room we got was NOT the one I had booked and we didn't get housekeeping till 6:30pm. The breaker in the bathroom tripped and no one was able address it till the next day,meanwhile my husband reset the plug and we had lights again. Have you ever tried to use the bathroom in total darkness in a place you don't know?

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I booked without reading the reviews- which I never do, and then when I saw the reviews I contemplated switching hotels. I am glad we didn’t! The hotel was accommodating, convenient, and adequate. I don’t understand why some people complained about the hotels, because there are no less than 5 elevator banks which were fast and spread throughout the resort. On the weekend, the pool was mobbed, but during the week we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The spa was a total hidden gem, would stay here again.

My stay at the Linq was great. Check in and out we’re easy, my room was clean and the two minor problems I had were fixed right away. I didn’t have soap in my dispenser, but once I called they were there to fill it up within 5 minutes. I woke up and the light wouldn’t turn on in the bathroom, so I used their text message service to let them know and they told me to just push reset and it should come on. I did, and the light did come on. Again, they responded right away and the problem was fixed. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Vegas. Not to far away from the other casinos I was interested in visiting ( Planet Hollywood, the Venetian, and Caesar's Palace. Plenty of food options and CVS and Walgreens nearby as well.
