First room we were given in Versailles tower which is miles away from everything!! Don’t stay there! Room had high pitch whine.. after our show we complained again and got switched to Bordeaux tower, much better!! But next day after pool around 3 our keys were deactivated!! Had to stand in line to get new keys!!! Awful time not well spent!!

This hotel and room were gross! When we checked in there was still a dirty towel on the left side of the sink. I called down to housekeeping and they said that they would send someone to get it. We waited a long time, then finally went down to the casino. When we came back there was a stack of clean towels on the bed but the dirty one still there!! I finally just tossed it in the hallway myself. I stay in a lot of hotels for business travel (plus personal trips like this), I have never stayed in a room like this where I questioned if the sheets were even changed, etc. Perhaos most concerning is that they did not even fix it after I called. I will never stay here again.

Elevators are slow and not all works, so too many lines to wait. It's not true all the employees speak another language, it's not easy the communication. No shuttle available to airport.

The room upgrade price was $337.00 more than stated online, also the room was next to the elevators. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday, and all day and all night you could hear a metal in metal sound caused by the elevators. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep through the night. The next day we have a full day of planned events. We went to the front desk upon our return and the first receptionist was rude and would refused to help us until was asked to speak to the manager. The supervisor came out and stated, they would remove the resort fee for one day but because we didn’t come in the morning, they wouldn’t remove the resort fee for the prior day. I explained our plans for the day and stated we had no time to come in the morning. So we waited about 1hr to speak to the manager who never come to speak with us. Finally the manager came back and said they would remove the upgrade fee and reported fee to the day, yet she provided us with no receipt or proof of the transaction. I’m still waiting for them to return my money. I called he bank and they said they would file a claim and help us.

The property was very crowded and they did not have all of their elevators working. This caused us to have to wait a very long time for an elevator. Many people would try and cut in front of people who were waiting in a queue for an elevator. The food and drinks were too expensive. It was $43 dollars for one drink. I would not stay here again.

the property was wonderful, however when playing games i was only approached 2 times if i wanted a drink. also there were in houses people coming up to me in the hotel asking for cigarettes. unhoused people sleeping outside on the benches. but everywhere I went I saw that as well.
