I lost my billfold and thought i left it at Dunkin Donuts. Security was amazing. They watched the tape and were instrumental in finding the billfold and saving my vacation.

I did not like that my tube was cloged. I like that the strip was just right down stairs.

Great Bartenders, Cash and Manny. The other bartender not so much. Tall with glasses.

I booked this hotel because of its location. I knew going into this that it was an older hotel. And the rooms showed it! I was not too happy with the room, but honestly we did not spend a whole lot of time in the room. I was disappointed when I realized there was no pool on the property. If you wanted a pool you could use their sister hotel, the California down the road. Again, the location is great if you are wanting the "Fremont Street Experience". If you are looking for new and updated, then this is not your hotel.

Room was smaller than i thought. View wasn't great. It's clean, but you can tell it is an older hotel. Bathroom was tiny and ceiling had crack & stain where there must have been a leak. Checking in, staff personnel was short & curt. He seemed annoyed or tired? Not sure. Overall, it was ok. No other problems.

We enjoyed the location.....retro style stay. I would have enjoyed coffee in my room. The we some of smells, but for the price and location it was fine and right on the heat off the action! I appreciated being able to check in early.

Worse hotel/motel experience, EVER!! Believe the other poor reviews! It is true. Our room was the last room on the 3rd floor at the mall end with shuttered windows facing the mall. All those beautiful neon and flashing glittery lights were flashing & sparkling into our room! Set of mall speakers about 15 ft outside our window kept blasting rock & roll. We asked the clerk, who check us in, if we could move to another room. As she began looking, the night shift desk supervisor promptly interrupted us by stating, “we’re sold out, there’s no other rooms.” Then we were given EAR PLUGS to help deaden the noise. There are two things wrong with this. 1) Even though they were “sold out” not everyone could have possibly been checked in by 4PM, when we requested another room; 2) They opened a cabinet and reached into a BOX of ear plugs and gave us 2 sets! Obviously, they’ve had this complaint before and are prepared to handle it this way. The room had clean sheets. The room is old and heavily worn. Airplanes have larger bathrooms! Horrible night! We had to take sleeping pills to help us fall asleep. We couldn’t hear the tv due to the LOUDspeakers outside our window. When we checked out we gave the same desk supervisor our used ear plugs. WARNING do not stay at this dump! Believe all the other poor reviews because it is true. A triple refund will not compensate for the misery we were subjected to. We are not complainers, but the conditions warrant this very poor review.
