This was the perfect location for us to experience The Mint 400 Festival. We only used the Freemont Hotel and Casino for sleeping, but excellent location to experience Vegas.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Towels were big and fluffy the way I like them. All in all, I really like the Fremont hotel and have stayed here before. I would have given a higher rating but... The front desk was less than helpful. I needed 2 rooms connected. Didn't seem willing to help. Everyone else was very courteous and friendly. This is a reflection of my last stay there only. I would still stay again though and would recommend anyone to stay there.

When arriving to the hotel and checking in; the representative states that they wanted to offer me an upgrade. I declined because there were 4 of us. At the same time I asked him if I could get a % off for having AAA. He tells me he can’t. I point out that he was offering me an upgrade but he couldn’t help with a %. I even showed him my AAA card. I feel that was poor customer and what happened to making the guest feel comfortable and happy!
