This STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FIRST OFF WHEN I GOT THERE I HAD TO PAY 200$ EXTRA FOR THE ROOM THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR NO MICROWAVE THEY DIDNT GIVE US EXTRA BATHROOM TOWELS IF I COULD GET A REFUND I WOULD ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Clean room with kind and helpful staff. The place was always kept tidy and well stocked. The food options downstairs were excellent and the parking was fantastic. My only complaint is unfortunately not something the Hotel can fix. Being right on Fremont street means you are going to bleed from all of the sound going on. Even though I was placed far from Fremont Street proper it was still quite loud and there was no remedy for it. Be aware of this when booking your stay as you could be kept up at night.

If saving money then worth it. Lower floors can hear music until 2am so the higher the better! If planning to be on the strip often then taxis will become expensive.

Excellent staff made the stay 5 stars. Room is clean, but King size bed was old,lumpy and needs to be replaced years ago. Small tight area in room. Iron board, blow-dryer, and a safe have all been crammed into a small closet. ADA compliance needs to be done for this hotel. Scooters are available to rent but doors to enter or exit the building doenst have auto wave for doors to open for disabled patrons that are on said scooters. Freemont really needs to make updates to comply with ADA amenities.
