The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

That place was gross. Everything was old and dingy, we felt like we were going to be mugged. Once we got to our room it was in rough shape. Sheets stained and bathroom was not that clean. There was four of us and only three bath towels. Shower wall was broken and poorly repaired. The room smelled and the rv worked when it wanted to work.

It was very unclear where to check in as far as the overall hotel we pulled into what we thought was the main entrance and parked our car by the time that we checked in which was completely across the whole other side of the hotel and our room was in an annex building another far part away so tired just stayed for the night had to get up in the morning backtrack all the way across the parking lot to find our car and figure out where to park it closer to our room but once we were able to do that it wasn't so bad

I like the No parking fee, clean rooms. I didn't like the checking in. I like the help of a person and explain certain everything at check in. The guy that help us like at me like oh sh*t a savage. He had no choice but to help me with the check in. I didn't like the way looked at me and the way he hand me the key.

It was quiet. It would be nice to know ahead of time that it is such a far walk, and not on the main campus. The rooms were decent for the price. The housekeeping and desk staff were courteous and helpful. Would stay again.

Terrible check in, no front desk personnel, only a kiosk and a couple of employees. Terribly noisy in the hallway until 2am, loud tv and no phone in the room to call and report. I will never even consider this hotel again.

I had thee most horrible experience ever. This was my first time ever in Las Vegas I am 54 yrs of age and it was suppose to be a memorable time for me and my family because it was ma daughters wedding. When arrivig absolutely NOONE HELPS YOU. You need to figure it out in your own. In the my hotel room, there no coffee pot, no water, my view was disgusting because the windows was so filthy that I couldn’t even take pictures. I got locked out of my room. I was on the 25 floor I used the phone that was in the hall ways and waited 25 min and NOONE answered went downstairs and a worker told me she ha sending security to open the door for me I waited another 30 min he never came went back downstairs mind you I told them Im going to be late for my own daughters wedding there cared less. By the time they came to open my door it was 2 hrs. I was late to my own daughter’s wedding. I was suppose to walk her down the aisle instead my son had to do it. My daughter was in tears. She said I ruined her wedding but I explained to her what happened. I cried so much and thanks to your poor and lack of communication with your team I couldn’t walk my daughter down the isle. My memories of my daughters wedding was ruined thanks to your staff
