Over all for the price I was happy to stay at Circus Circus. My room was clean, hallways and casino was clean too. I honestly have nothing bad to say…yes it’s an old hotel but still worth staying at. Already looking forward to go back!

1st I was not told about the resort fee by Travelocity which I will be taking up with them…I was charged $255 for 4 nights and then additional deposit of $200, on top of the $793 for flight and hotel. The room smelled like sewage back up, no comforter on bed, this was a room right out of the 70s, I will NEVER stay here again. Staff was rude as soon as I tried to say I was not told about this resort and deposit fee. No one came around to clean the room, there is no shampoo or soap in bathroom dispenser, just utterly overpriced and disgusting.

Stay for 4 nights main reason for stay was the splash zone and slides which were only open part of one da and closed the rest of our stay. Only had one of the two pools open most days as well. So pretty sad when you bring your kids for that outside fun they cannot use. Also bedding had long black hair which none of us had. Also was told on Travelocity that the room I upgraded to was suppose to have a coffee pot and fridge it only had a fridge and when I called they said they do not offer coffee pots. Very disappointing hotel
