Our stay was Excellent! We enjoyed everything! The staff was fantastic professionals at their best! The restaurant HARVEST was awful to us on my birthday 👎😔…don’t go there on a special occasion 👎! Waitress was rude and just plain nasty insensitive to us and the manager wasn’t better 👎! She knew she was wrong and stood on stupid! So my advice is to not go there ( Harvest @Bellagio👎! Plenty of other fine restaurants in and around there to visit! But everyone and everything else @ Bellagio was Excellent 👍🎉❤️and I will definitely be coming back soon 👍! 🥰

Paid for early check in which never happened - They refuse to refund. Double charged for resort fees, they refuse to refund. Bathroom floor upon checking in was littered with dental floss threads. Closet and dresser drawers had curly blonde hairs in them... I have dark brown hair. Rude staffing at Como bar at the pool - Took our table away after waiting 45 minutes. It took 7 business days to even get a reply from the hotel. Housekeeping...if they came.... was always late in the day. The phone in the room did not work/unplugged...nobody ever came to fix it. So I had to search for a working phone in the elevator lobby to have my luggage brought up (Only one worked)...And $70 for coffee room service?

Clean room, staff friendly and welcoming, wi-fi worked well in my room. The staff are quiet when cleaning the rooms so you can sleep in late. Without all the noise. beautiful views, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants within the hotel. Great stay. Nice vibes.

We were not thrilled with our stay. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and though I had called weeks in advance to coordinate rooms, it was all disregarded to the point where they put us in different areas of the hotel. The concierge was not helpful - and was actually quite dismissive - on the one request we made, the shower in our room did not close, and there was literally nowhere to eat except the bakery at 3:30 in the afternoon. While the location is very central, that’s where the good ended. For what we paid, we could have stayed elsewhere and received far better service.

Very expensive. We were upgraded but ended up paying additional in the long run.Housekeeping was fantastic and attentive. This was a high splurge for us. We saw O which was jaw dropping. Ate at Spago which was very good but expensive.
