"All staff members were friendly & helpful. Comfortable & great views Accessibility access in & out of the hotel is difficult, there is only one exit to the lake without steps however you have to navigate 3 sets of door, only 1 has a push button"

"Post Hotel treats you like Royalty. They take care of every detail of your stay from shuttles to anything you need. We asked where a microwave to pop popcorn and they brought one to our room! We asked how to cool the room down and they brought a portable air conditioner. Everyone was extremely nice. You can walk to a small grocery and bakeries to get sandwiches made for your hike. You can eat on property or a few restaurants at other lodges are a walk or short car drive away. The pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. There are beautiful fresh flowers everywhere. Check out the library on the second floor and Enjoy tea in the main lobby. The convenience to Lake Louise (leaves every half hour and drops you right in front of the Fairmont) and Lake Moraine (did cost money but the service and convenience was appreciated) using their shuttle is so convenient. I can’t say enough about the service and beautiful facility. The location would be perfect to access the entire area. You are right in the middle of Banff, Emerald Lake, the Ice Highway, and so much more. "

"We had a great stay. The hot tubs and pool were great. Hot tub was hot, not crowded and open late. The treats at the gazabo were nice. Beds were comfortable and having a fridge was perfect. It was not overly crowded end of May. Not having air-conditioning in the summer might make it uncomfortable but there was a fan in our room and we used it. "
