"Our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge was so magical last year that we knew we had to come back this time with our children so they could experience it for themselves. And somehow, it was even more special the second time. There is something truly extraordinary about this place. From the moment you arrive, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and the most serene lake views, you feel completely transported. It’s peaceful, cozy, and awe-inspiring all at once like stepping into a postcard. What makes Emerald Lake Lodge stand apart, though, is the people. The staff simply cannot do enough for you. Every interaction feels genuine, warm, and thoughtful. They anticipate your needs before you even realize you have them. Traveling with children can sometimes be stressful, but the team made everything effortless and welcoming for our whole family. Watching our kids take in the same views that captivated us last year was unforgettable. Emerald Lake Lodge isn’t just a destination, it’s an experience, a memory-maker, and a place that draws you back the moment you leave. We are already dreaming about our next visit."

"Rooms are always spotless, and this occasion was no exception. What was really great is that my request for the suite with the freestanding tub was accommodated (I know, it’s arbitrary to some, but it’s a vibe!), despite being assigned a suite in the building that has the built-in jetted tub (FYI, those are not pictured on Expedia, so you’d never know until you got there!). The complimentary ground coffee from a local business is really good with the pour over system in the room- best way to enjoy coffee. In fact, I love that they provide products from all of the local businesses! For sale in the main office/gift shop are an huge selection of Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products and Camp Four candles. The suites have a microwave and large fridge/freezer in room to warm up leftovers if you’ve travelled a bit. You’re provided with kindling and matches for the fire pits upon check-in too. They’ve really thought of everything! Seriously love staying at Baker Creek, it’s one of my absolute favourites."
