"We liked the corner room we had, lots of natural light. It was decently cleaned; coffee machine was not cleaned when we arrived. Upon check-in codes were needed for the lobby and our room. When we arrived both doors were open so a security issue. Both doors need to be pulled in to secure closure. The other issue we had was that online we had booked a suite with one bedroom, showing a queen bed in the room. However we had bunk beds! Not fun. Super uncomfortable “mattresses”. But since we were there for a short stay we did not feel need to ask to change rooms. For future reference ensure you have confirmation you don’t want bunk beds!"
