We only had a short one-night stay at the hotel but enjoyed it. The room was a bit on the smaller side but had lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc). And the area was beautiful, wish we had more time to explore. The room numbers can be a bit confusing as ours was something like B402 and there was also a different room 402 (without the B). They did mention this when we checked in though.

Got there only to find out everything is closed on Tuesdays. (No restaurants) Nothing working, ( lifts closed, sauna not working). Vending machines all empty.

Room was so cozy, we had the 1bed suite and it was wonderful. Came with Roku tv, full kitchen and dining area, board games, living room area; and staff was more than accommodating! Beautiful view as well, overlooking the mountains

No a/c in the rooms, made for very uncomfortable stay. Elevator broke down while there, we were on the 3rd floor and my spouse has mobility issues. Management should have acted proactively by bringing on additional staff to assist guest with carrying luggage downstairs upon checkout. On site restaurant was closed and Resort is located 15 minutes from town, very disappointing.

Was expecting a lot more for this place, especially considering the price. The room was small which wasn’t a big deal but that wasn’t the worst. The sheets and towels were stained and not clean. There was no AC in the suite and being middle of summer the heat was unbearable. Also I walked all around the resort to try to find a bottle of water to purchase and not a single vending machine or even the restaurant had any available. For a $300 a night room I expect a lot better than this. I could have stayed at the cheap motel and probably had a better experience. Very disappointed. One upside the views are nice and the hotel was pretty quiet. I won’t ever stay here again though.

A little off the main Town so offers quietness natural surroundings for a good rest. Inside property is a lodge so it’s a city hotel good facility for transiting travelers. Ski season ambience would be different from summer i presume. I was there during ski off season.

The room was nice, we missed having chairs to sit in. We had to ask at the front desk about the blinds and just needing to lift them up, the other set had strings and you just push them up. Reception was great and friendly and the onsite restaurant was great with good food.

No AC (no made obvious through Expedia, it's kind of a given in 2025). When we got in our room, it was very hot. Fans are provided to compensate and we opened the windows and were able to manage, but only because the weather was helping. Chek-in is not fun if you have luggage and need a cart. You need to get to the indoor parking (in the basement) to get a cart, wait for the elevator (twice). On you have the cart, you must get your luggage to it (there big stair between your car and the door. Room was clean Oven worked but temperature display didn't Fan over the oven needs fixing, it was hitting something and we were afraid of using it. View is incredible Unless Beds were not confortable. The queen felt like a hamac and we were both falling towards the middle.
