Check in was quick and easy. The view of the mountains from our room is spectacular. The meal at Alfonso’s was delicious. Our room was roomier than expected with 2 queen beds and bunk beds.

Expected a better room and service for the charges paid. Pool was smelling chlorine and we were all coughing all the time. Service wasn't friendly overall. Didn't feel like a guest at all. Have stayed in many hotels in the past but this one is below average.

Rooms were dirty, dark and door had gap under where bugs can come in from outside. Our room was on the lower level with parking lot right in front. We were suppose to stay two nights but could not stay 2nd night. Staff was great and only charged us the night we stayed. Continental breakfast was good. Would not recommend.

Great outdoor patio and views from the restauarant

Good hotel for quick overnight stay on a long trip. Reasonable price. Average. The real hidden gem of this hotel is the restauarnt and the outdoor patio at the back. The view is million dollar and away from traffic noise. Worth a stay.

The pool area needs a complete reno, dirty, dingy and hot tub jets don't work. The room was a solid two star, tv sound terrible, beds were extra firm, one cup for Kureig for 4 people. Breakfast was substandard, not clean coffee was not warm and very weak. Would not stay here again for the exorbitant cost.

It's fine, nice, clean, and convenient. I'm not impressed by the confusion on registration about when we get points, and when we don't. I think it will take some time to get this sorted out. There's something about needing an app and the relationship between Expedia and the hotel.
