Staff were very accommodating and the place had a decent breakfast too. Room had a kitchen which was well equipped but the shower was constantly making noises. Overall a good place to stay.

Limited breakfast for the price range.

The stay was ok. Breakfast seemed very cheap for the price you pay for the hotel. Limited apples no other fresh fruit. Breakfast included scrambled eggs sausage patties and hashbrowns and beans. Cereal in cheap Tupper ware containers. Doesn’t make you feel like a $200 hotel stay. That is my opinion.

Check-in was breeze. The man at the front desk phoned our room a few minutes after our arrival to see if we needed anything; which we didn’t. The spacious room was clean and the microwave and fridge was a nice extra.The view of the mountains from our room was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great and my husband and I used the water slide dozen of times. The breakfast was a complete surprise. We knew it would be a hot meal but it was like restaurant style! Lots of choices and all delicious. We travel quite a lot and never had a full meal such as that. A great stay from start to finish.

Good hotel but cleaning can be improved

Nice hotel but in need of some additional cleaning protocols to make it better. Bedding was not as clean or fresh as it should have been. Pool and waterslide were fantastic. Staff were friendly and parking is plentiful. Not much dining options in the vicinity and we found the onsite restaurant to be a bit overpriced.

The most terrible experience of our trip. We had mentioned that we are having a baby with us and the hotel anycase charges more with the baby. The hotel is not having elevator, still they gave us room on the upper floor. We were tired and my husband told the lady at the reception that we are having a 4 month old baby with us and we are having a stroller (obviously) but she didn't acknowledge our request. The doors were not automatic so I struggled a lot to carry my baby up the stairs which I felt so unsafe. This was the most terrible thing we experienced. We never saw such raw behavior for families with babies in Canada! Location was good but the struggle we had carrying our baby to the hotel room was real. Not to mention they didn't even offered any crib or bedding for the baby! Very bad services I must say. Plus the room lock got stuck many times, there was stuff from previous guests left in the fridge, tv was not catching signals and blurry. But everything seems less important when I think of the inconvenience I had carrying my baby without stroller up the very unsafe stairs!

Absolutely disgusting

Entered the room and left after ten minutes. I am not a picky person but the state of the room was horrendous. There were stains everywhere. Unfortunately I only took a photo of the floor. The bedding was covered in stains. I can only imagine of what. Gross. I had my two daughters and I couldn’t have them sleep in a room in this condition. We left after 10 minutes and the property wouldn’t even refund our money. Disgusting conditions and absolutely fraudulent to not refund. Disgusting.

Awesome outdoor patio for the restaurant with beautiful views. Loved the pool and hot tub. Sauna not in working order. Food at the Italian restaurant was very good and excellent wine pours:) Staff friendly and free full breakfast. Bathrooms could use updating.

Hard pass.

Check in was smooth but when i went to the bathroom i saw a blood stain on the wall. Not a lot but enough to go to the front to tell them. No apology, no offer for a different room, discount. Just stared at the computer a bit thenbshe told me she would come clean it. The bed SUCKED. Big dent in the middle, felt like someone elses body had formed to it. The curtains didnt close all the way because the top wasnt connected. It was an accessible room a d had a table and chairs infront of the window and heater making it impossible for a wheelchair to access...crazy
