Used to be such an amazing hotel. The AC didn’t work for the whole entire day. No one apologized, no compensation whatsoever. Wouldn’t even allow for a later check out. The maintenance guy came and fixed. Since all the hotel rooms were booked solid. Wouldn’t even accommodate. Was coming regularly to this hotel for the past 12 years. Not anymore, exceptionally poor service

Staff was nice. They hold your luggage for free if you are early for check in or have a late flight after checking out. Hotel was very clean. It was nice that there was no casino. Walking to the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio was very easy! Aria is right across the street. Great location.

Clean, Amazing view of the strip/fountains! Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the soaking tub the most. Will say the no self parking is maddening but once we figured you can park at any Cesar’s property it was a breeze!

Check-in on the app did not work. Said our room was ready, then said it wasn't. Had to talk to front desk. Rooms were outstanding. Completely quiet and comfortable, well appointed. A good value. Would have liked pod coffeemaker or similar as complimentary perk. $14 for a bottle of water on the mini bar not good. Shared parking garage just OK. Elevators to garage smelled REALLY BAD.
