The check in was smooth but when we get to our room there was a big wet spot on the carpet ,we called front desk and they took care our resort fee for 4days because we decided to stay in the room since they're booked ,they give us voucher for food and drinks and all i can say is best costumer service and that didn't dissapoint us we.still have fun and enjoyed our stay despite the small problem it was manageable thanks Aria .

Everyone is very nice there and they take good care of their guests. One thing I would suggest is a listen a little bit more on the phones about late checkout. I called and let them know that I wanted a late checkout. They said I was going to get it. And then didn’t put them out in the system. The cleaning staff had knocked on my door three times and asked me when I was leaving each time. But other than that, it was very nice.
