Had a great trip with my son for his 25th birthday. Our rooms were excellent and had the best views. We also loved the restaurant, Alexxa’s. The pool was great also.

Our room was great. We stayed in a balcony room in the Versaille tower. But one thing to note is that it's easier to check into this balcony room from the Horseshoe hotel. Otherwise you will have to do a lot of walking and dragging your luggage from the Paris front desk all the way to the Versaille tower. The Horseshoe hotel has a separate line for the Versaille Tower. Luckily I came across this information ahead of time but I see that's not clearly mentioned. Also, our room had way too much outside noise. It was difficult for me to sleep some nights. The balcony has an awesome view of the Bellagio fountains across the street but the balcony has no furniture or chairs even to sit on. You have to request a fridge and there are no microwaves nor is there a coffee machine in the rooms which bothered me. Overall we had a great experience and my family and I will remember it forever!

Pool side was great. The!st time there. It was fun but the parking garage was confusing to get to upper levels. The upgraded room we paid for was big and nice view but had a ripped couch, TV that would not open up in primary bedroom and body wash dispenser was empty and you didnt notice it until after you were in the shower.

A very busy hotel and casino. The energy was there 24hrs a day. The restaurants were great. The shops were reasonable. Next to Horse shoe hotel was a plus. Staff was amazing…always helpful and kind.
