I do not know how this property has such a high rating on Expedia. The dining options are terrible and I mean TERRIBLE!!! We spent most of our time away from the resort. There is a beach but you can’t get in the water. The adult drinks are nothing to write home about. I’m pretty sure they water down their alcohol. For the most part the staff were very nice and tried hard. Do not waste your money on this place!!! Our room was clean and the grounds have some pretty plants and flowers but the whole property needs a deep clean and updated! Also, this is the first time I’ve left a bad review on Expedia. That’s how terrible this place is!!

Food is horrible doesn’t have many options, they have Taco night that was good is about the only good thing. They keep using the same plastic cups I saw at the bar washing them not the ones with logo the recycle cups NASTY!!! Unhappy

Overall our stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was good, not the best. We had a personal butler named Claudio that we had access to to reserve restaurant bookings, questions about resort activities and events and he was great. Our room was in the altitude tower as VIP guest which was amazing. We had ocean front room, looking out to the vast Pacific Ocean. Our complaints were the bathroom flush pressure was low and asked them to fix but it didnt really help. Restaurant service was poor at majority of the offerings except the Italian place. The food was delayed and waiter did not come to our table to check on us.

It was a very nice time and the property is kept well. Most all of the staff was nice and prompt. I wish they would tell you before booking you cannot go into the ocean at this location but that is only issue I had. Once we found that out, no problem, we enjoyed the pool.

Buffet in the kitchen was very small with every day same food. Some of stuff were friendly and some of them not. Best food that we enjoy is the restaurant The Grill and our server was great. Five start for Julio , Angel and Armando. Our concierge Gabriel was very helpful. Hotel needs buffet improvements.

The resort is outdated, the buffet had limited food options once they ran out, they did not replace it so get there early. Food was okay. Bars don’t open until 10am. Drink options were horrible, do not expect any “top shelf” options. Only ONE bartender the whole day at the adult pool. The adult pool water was cloudy. The patio door in our room did not close all the way. The grounds are dirty, the top of the elevators were dirty. A day before check out my foundation and two gold earrings went missing from my room.
