The room was spotless, the staff was professional, gracious, welcoming and friendly. The food was wonderful! If there were to be any criticism, it would be that when we wanted to book excursions, there was a lot of pressure to do the vacation club presentation. The gentleman that gave the presentation, however, did not pressure us to purchase and was very professional and knowledgeable.

The overall experience was absolutely superb! The ENTIRE staff everywhere were friendly, attentive, and amazing! One suggestion is when checking in guests, give an update restaurant information (open, times, etc.) as the TV guide was not updated for our stay. We definitely would go back!

They offered us the chance to upgrade our room on arrival and we went for it! The swim up room was amazing for some private swimming time. The room was clean, the staff incredibly attentive. I have a ton of food allergies and had been fearful of what to expect but in both the on-site restaurants and the Buffet, the Waitstaff, Executive Chefs and Mangers were all so accommodating! Cannot say enough about the ladies in the Coco Cafe or the lovely bartenders in the Preferred Lounge either! We will definitely be back!
