The resort was lovely. The rooms were nice but small bathroom. The food was only ok. Enjoyed the beach restaurant only after we figured out what to order. Not everything was good. Staff was very good. The beach was rocky and we heard not very walkable. The red flag was up the entire trip, so nobody in the water.

I had a wonderful stay at the Paradisus Los Cabos! The staff were truly exceptional,warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would happily stay here again. Our stay at Paradisus was really great. Esteban was on point with organising our pool cabanas and setting up our dinner reservations easily. He even booked us an excursion for our stay. Definitely will be going back when a next vacation arise.

An amazing experience from the moment the hotel transportation picked us up from the hotel and back to the airport to head home to reality. Our group of 9 never had a bad meal once! The Cleanest facilities at a resort we have ever experienced Thank you Paradisus we will be back one day

We got the reserve which was a total waste of money. Everyone has access. We like the butler or concierge service which is why we get it. They did nothing. It was our anniversary and they said we would get to enjoy a free amenity. Nothing not even a note or something in the room. My husband as the butler to help set something up and he never got back to him. The restaurants weren’t all open. The food was subpar. The resort was empty. The staff customer service was subpar. I have never been to a resort in Mexico and experienced this. The property and decor were nice but don’t be fooled. The big pool was DISGUSTING the water was so dirty probably from everyone peeing in the pool. Swim up bar was cool. Over not impressed and definitely NOT repeatable.
