I was excited about this hotel. However when we arrived I was disappointed that the hotel is pretty old and not very clean. Very noisy. We could hear the conversations in the rooms next door as well as drilling that went on for a few hours our last morning. The elevators only sometimes worked. The games are nice but typically a wait to get to use anything.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was perfect felt like I was at a high end resort with the service we got. The rooms were very clean we also had a beautiful view. It was a very quiet hotel for how busy it was. I will definitely be returning here next time I come to San Francisco.

We liked our stay. The only downside was the confusing elevator situation. If you aren’t lucky enough to get a room near the main elevator, there is a lot of walking involved…we didn’t mind this except when we were lugging suitcases, etc.
