i had a horrible experience with management . more specifically someone at the front desk called eric. i extended my stay because i was vwr sick . i was told to do it through expedia . price for one night went up 3X. ok thats business i deal. 11 30 pm front desk calls me . insists i need to come down. i told them i was sleeping and had a fever. this Eric person could not care less. can i come down in the morning ? NO i stumble down to find out they needed a 100 USd deposit thats it how quickly we forgot covid . asking a sick potentially contagious person to come down ar 11 30 pm when all was paid / like a criminal / its ridiculous and criminally irresponsible. you will hear from my lawyers .
