My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I rated diwn however because of the parking. The elevator doesn’t go past the 1st floor and we had to drag our luggage up two flights. The parking is probably the smallest and most difficult lot I’ve ever parked in. I had to inch forward and back several times just to get in and out of a spot. On the way out, it was so tight I scratched the side of my car. This would be a great hotel to stay if you didn’t have a car.

Room was pretty dirty especially in the bathroom which was gross. Stains on the walls and hair in the shower. Plus it had a weird musty and dusty smell like no one had been there in a while. Definitely not a clean feeling in there…

Perfect location !

Property location was excellent for public transportation. Note:Requested suite but disappointed to be told we were on the 2nd floor. Was under the impression when it was booked with Hotel.com that i would have city view? Had to change room to a smaller two queen bedroom to get a view. I believe this is hotel.com not providing rhe offering not the hotel. Will consider booking direct next time. Great breakfast offering. Would stay here again.

I booked this hotel for my son. It is convenient to where we live, great access to public transit, clean and in a great area of the city. The problem was that the people in the room next door had very loud sex, over and over and over again. The hotel staff was not responsive to my son's request for a different room, or notifying the couple in the adjacent room. This kept them awake and night, and woke them early in the morning. It was handled very poorly and diminished my son's visit.

We paid extra for a "bay view" and we could only see the very top of the GGB. Ripped off. Otherwise the room was clean. The shower head was barely tall enough for myself at 65".

If you habe a big truck, be ready to know your deiving skills cuz its gonna be tight. The location of this hotel is the best. Make sure to reserve on a high floor, rhe views are beautiful!
