The hotel was clean and kept up. I got mixed attitudes from different staff. Some very friendly some very cold and unwelcoming. I was disappointed the pool was closed. The walls were so thin I could hear tv and full conversations in the rooms on either side. Also lost an hour sleep as someone next door was getting ready to leave between 4-5 am because the walls are so thin. I was a little surprised there was nothing to eat for breakfast just coffee that I got in the room. It was convenient to stay the night for the convention even though it’s only 20 miles from home. I may stay again for the convenience, but I won’t recommend it to any family or friends I like.

The property has a lot of potential. Is very dated in the rooms, needs remodeling. Staff was nice, court yard is very nice, needs chairs and tables to enjoy. restaurant is not open much. We stay there often, it's very convenient for us. good for the price. parking behind gate.

Pretty inside, but not as advertised; the restaurant is closed, the bar is close, the indoor pool and spa are closed, and the man at the desk, named either Fernando or Francisco was very rude, demanding I pay 16.00 for parking. I stayed there two other days in the last week and the front desk staff just validated my room key to go in and out as I please. This man told me in a rude voice five times that I had to pay 16 dollars to park my car. I will never stay here again when I visit this area.

the property needs upkeep and updating. needs remodeling. the carpet had large stains.shower valves are hard to pull, spout was loose. everything is worn. they have a beautiful atrium courtyard inside, but have no tables or chairs to enjoy it.

The worst experience ever with a hotel. Staff is very unfriendly, I had reserved my room & then they said they over booked, so I was shafted to the farthest room they have 160. Traveled down a maze of hallways to get there & then find out the fridge was broken, hot water doesnt work & my room was in front of a construction zone. I enetered the light swiyches are very jard to find. Room was pitch black @ 5pm. I had to walk with my my belongings to the farthest point of building... The restaurant & bar closed on the weekend.... WHAT?!?! Do not stay here!....

There is no was a loss of power\internet. Everyone checking had to wait & be escorted single file to each room. I was charged parking fee & could not exit the parking lot after arriving. Staff & guest very unpleasant. The main dinning area was closed on a Saturday evening!
