So, I booked a high level room (which I paid an additional $40 for) and I got level 4. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose but they didn't bother to tell me that there was going to be a change to my stay. Overall the hotel was good, but I was dissapointed that I did not get the view or the high room I paid extra for.
