As a Latina guest, I felt that my family and I were not treated with the same warmth as other guests. While not all staff were this way, there seemed to be a difference in attitude or preference at times. I hope the hotel can work on ensuring all guests feel equally welcomed and respected.

This was my second time booking at this location and I just have to say that my experience went well. We were staying here because we had a Disneyland trip planned and the location of the hotel was very convenient. There are so many stores and places to eat nearby. The hotel was spacious and has lots of amenities. Will definitely be booking this location again the future.
